Nomination for employee of the Quarter all Regions
29th Aug 2019

One of the proudest moments for Guest Resource Services was when learners living with disabilities received National Certificates for successfully completing an Information Technology (IT): End User Computing NQF 3 learnership.

The graduation ceremony which was held Tuesday 22 January 2019 at the Dutch Reformed Church Wesheuwels was arranged and planned by Ronel van Heerden. She tackled this with all her energy and made sure that the gowns, hats and every item for the graduation was prepared to the point.

Minister Petzer from the Dutch Reformed Church, Mr Piet Guest, Dr Wilma Guest – Mouton from Guest Resource Services Head Office, Psychologist; Nomfezeko Rasmeni and Mrs Jola from the Eastern Cape Department of Education, has joined Guest Resource Services Office for the graduation ceremony.

39 Learners graduated on this day, with beautiful smiles on their faces, delighted with their achievements and their opportunity to complete this course.

Parents were beaming with pride for their children; who not only proved to themselves, but to the world, that having a disability does not limit your chances of success. The learners  realised that this was only the beginning of many opportunities for them.

The graduation was a huge success and all the guest who attended were happy to see learners from different backgrounds graduating and making a success of their lives.
