As you may already know, tough legislation around fraudulent and misrepresented CVs and qualifications has been touted and discussed in recent times.  President Ramaphosa has now signed this into effect, with serious consequences of up to 5 years in prison, fines or both for institutions and learners found to be guilty in terms of the NQF Amendment Act of 2019.
