About Zahra
Zahra is a senior executive and education and skills-development leader with more than 30 years’ experience across education, professional development, public-sector capacity building and organisational leadership. Her career has spanned education institutions, professional bodies, government and international development initiatives, giving her a broad perspective on leadership, skills development, organisational growth and professional practice.
She has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive, Group CEO and Country Head, leading strategy, organisational growth, stakeholder engagement and sector-wide initiatives. Her experience includes developing programmes and qualifications, building partnerships across government, business and education, and supporting organisations and professionals to strengthen capability and achieve meaningful outcomes.
She brings a practical, cross-sector perspective to leadership and professional development, combining strategic insight with extensive experience of working with people, organisations and diverse stakeholders. She is passionate about sharing knowledge, challenging thinking and creating learning experiences that have practical relevance and lasting impact.
Zahra is currently the Chief Executive of the Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA).
